Stupidity That Costs $1.6 Billion

I know stupid kids at school. I know of stupid movies (Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi, or "Spirited away", regardless of the IMDB Rating"). I know of stupid people. One of which, or at least what he did today, is Donald Trump. Now one thing we all know the world needs is another giant golf course. But in this Economy? Well, it is "so important" that a billionare has to spend $1.6 BILLION on it. Currently, there are children dying in Africa, tens of thousands struggling to to survive in Haiti, animals being abused, millions of homeless, and many more terrible things. Even 10 dollars can save a life, and he is spending 160,000,000 times that to build a golf course?!!!!!!!!! I think this is just terrible.

2010 Major League Baseball Preview

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the 2010 Major league baseball preview. We're in for a good year, I think. lots to look forward to.
As the season approaches, it seems to look as if the Yankees are going to win #28. Now, I'm not saying I want them too! But the world series champion of last year haven't lost anything, and have gained 2 things - experience and Curtis Granderson. The 5 tool outfielder landed on the bombers this year, providing more range, experience, and offensive production than Gardner. Also, with Jeter, A-Roid (yes, that was completely intentional), Teixeira, Swisher and Cano following, plus Sabathia, Vasquez, Burnett, Pettite, and Rivera closing, they look like the team to beat. The Red Sox definitely will contend for the Wild Card though, and 2K10 won't bring any luck to Longoria and the Rays. The west goes to the Angels this year with ease. The Mariners are getting good, but not good enough to beat the Halos. But, you never know, loosing Lackey may be a huge problem. The AL Central will be an awesome battle this year between the White Sox, the Twins, and the Tigers. The White Sox are definitely going to put up a fight. An average rotation just got better with the addition of Peavy, and a decent offensive team is full of newbies and veterans. Watch Alexei Ramirez this year. He slumped for a lot of last year, but he has the tools to be a superstar. The Tigers are pretty similar, but loosing Curtis may take it's toll. I don't expect them to win it. Ahh, the Twins, my choice to win it. With Mauer and Mourneau forming a solid middle lineup, and Blackburn sealed up for 4 years, expect the Twins to do good things in the years to come. NL TIME!!!!!!!!

In the NL, the biggest contender is the Cardinals. Poujols and Holliday make a great 3-4 punch, and both Carpenter and Wainright are Cy Young contenders. The Brewers are looking really good. They added Wolf and Davis, to a still weak yet much better rotation. The bullpen is no longer shaky, as we now have a consistent SU man (Coffey). The big thing though is offense. Braun-Fielder to me seems more like MVP - MVP! Braun hit .320 with 114 RBI, 113 Runs, 0 errors, .386 OBP, and 32 homers. In 2009, Prince Fielder hit 46 homers, batted .299, and had 141 RBI!! Plus, adding Gomez adds loads of speed, and Escobar is a huge prospect. In his 38 games last year, he hit .304 and is one of the best fielding shortstops in the majors. My Rookie of the Year pick. The Cubbies - Americas lovable looser are such looser this year they're only lovable by crazy idiots (Cub Fans). they're gonna suck this year (whats new?). They lost Bradley (who did suck) and got no one big. Plus they lost Rich Harden. The NL east goes to the Phils. NL pennant 2009 + Roy Holliday - Cliff Lee = NL east champs. The NL west goes to LA. They have it all, plus a terrible division. Here's the Rundown.
