Baseball
The Cubs are seriously sucking this year. I mean, really. They look terrible. And Lou Pinella really needs to learn how to play baseball again. Who sends an (overrated and over-competitive) ace pitcher to the set-up roll? I was listening to the Cubs - Pirates game yesterday (they lost by 10) and the Cubs announcer (AKA sleeping pill) swore, said he was sorry, and then started weeping when the cubs gave up a 3 RBI double! But I'll stop ripping on the Cubs, the swept the best team. But if I was the manager of the Brewers, things would be different. Carlos Villinauava would be in the rotation for Davis, and every time Escobar, Weeks, Gomez, Hart, and sometimes Braun made it on, they will steal. Escobar, one of the fastest players, has only attempted to steal once. The Brewers would be World Series contenders if they stole more. BTW, the White Sox will heat up. I know it. And now my favorite Ozzy Guillen Quote, "**** the Cubs." There's this awesome website with cubs jokes, it rules.
Spill Baby Spill
If you weren't convinced at how horrible offshore drilling is, the spill had to convince you. Offshore drilling, or "surrendering to global warming", has not only devastated the Environment, but it has currently the potential to ruin the gulf of Mexico. This is terrible, it has not been solved, and many, many politicians still support global warming (oh, I'm sorry, I meant offshore drilling, but what's the difference?). Anyways, the next politician to chant Drill baby Drill better go home to see people dying of diseases, people gasping for air, millions of extinct species, dirty air, and increased terrorism.
Oh, and one more thing for this post. I am highly opposed to this new immigration law in AZ. It is racist, and Arizona needs a better solution.

Great post. I agree about the Cubs, but we have to be careful about ripping them, since they swept the Brew Crew a couple of weeks ago. I agree we need to be more active on the base paths, but that won't overcome our rotten pitching. We seriously should consider trading Prince for an ace pitcher.
